At Master Draft Design, we’re reimagining the way designers bring their visions to life — starting with backyard pools.

Founded in 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada, we’re a small but passionate team that believes good design tools shouldn’t be complicated, bloated, or overpriced. Our first product, Pool Drafter, is a 2D-to-3D blueprint software created specifically for pool designers who want fast, clear, beautiful visualizations of their work — without needing a computer science degree to use them.

Pool Drafter lets users sketch out a full pool layout in 2D, complete with dimensions and annotations, and with a single click, convert it into an editable 3D model. This dual-view setup saves time, reduces guesswork, and makes presenting designs to clients a breeze.

How It All Started

Our story began like a lot of good ideas do — with a casual conversation. Our creative director met with Joe, our resident pool design expert, to chat about a website for his business. Joe casually mentioned how clunky and expensive current pool design software is and tossed out an idea for something better. That one offhand comment lit the spark.

Soon after, a family member with years of video game programming experience joined the conversation, and the pieces started falling into place. We realized we had the talent, the experience, and — most importantly — the shared excitement to build something that could truly help pool designers. So, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

Our mission is simple: to empower landscape architects to exceed their own expectations and bring their wildest design dreams to life.

But we’re not stopping at pools.

Our vision is to become a leader in 3D blueprint and rendering software across multiple industries — from construction and plumbing to interior design. We want to make it easier and faster for designers everywhere to share their ideas clearly and compellingly, reducing the time between concept and client approval.

We’re a five-person team spread between Las Vegas and Idaho, united by a shared love of problem-solving and a deep appreciation for pop culture, comics, video games, and all things nerdy. We work remotely, keep things laid-back, and collaborate daily to build tools we’re genuinely proud of.
